1. Price Term: FOB SHANGHAI for bulk order.

The price includes led street lamp, solar panel, controller, battery, battery box, cable and pole set

(pole, rack, arm).

2. MOQ: 1 sets. For less than 1 sets, has Sample in stock for testing.

3. Payment:

Typically 30% by T/T as down payment, balance by T/T before shipment or by L/C at sight.

4. Package:

Export standard plywood case or carton packing suitable for tough handling and long--distance

ocean transport.

5. Delivery:

For 100 sets, total goods can be ready for shipment within 15 days upon down payment receiving.

6. Parts Design Service Time:

Solar Panel 25 years, LED light over 80,000 hours, Controller 10 year, Battery 5~6 years, Pole 20

years.

7. Warranty:

5 years for solar panels and pole, 3 years for led street lamp, 3 years for battery and controller.
